Freediving
NASDS Freediving Courses
Apnoea diving is the oldest and most original form of diving. Already in the earliest epoch of human history, apnoea divers hunted fish with spears and collected shells, sponges and pearls. In recreational diving, apnoea diving is mainly about exploring the underwater world and general conditioning for scuba diving.
